PERFORMANCE COACHING

WHO THIS IS FOR

Functioning well. Not yet at full capacity.

01

You compete or train seriously

02

You've plateaued and don't know why

03

You're returning from injury

04

Your nutrition and recovery are an afterthought

05

You perform well but know you have more

06

You want a system, not just a programme

Most coaching addresses one dimension.
True performance demands four.

Physical output is only one part of the picture. How you fuel, how you recover, and how you think under pressure determine whether you perform at your ceiling or plateau below it.

Balanced. Approach

Balanced is a system built around all four pillars simultaneously — because that is what elite performance actually requires. Not a training plan. A performance architecture.

01 Physical

Periodised training, progressive loading, and injury prevention protocols designed for long-term output.

02 Nutritional

Strategic performance nutrition focusing on energy management, recovery, and optimal body composition.

The system behind the results.

03 Recovery

Optimising sleep, HRV, and mobility while treating stress as a critical performance variable.

04 Mental

Preparation protocols, resilience habits, and mental conditioning for performance under pressure.

THE FOUR PILLARS

Transformations through the system.

Jesse Carrasquedo

Formula 3

I'd been out of the car for six months and had one weekend in Dubai to prove I was ready.

Alex took over everything — my warm-up, my nutrition, my mental preparation, all of it.

I didn't have to think about any of it, which meant I could put everything into the one thing that mattered: the driving.

We finished the weekend on the podium.

Ross Barber

Founder, CEO

What stands out with Alex is the knowledge and the professionalism.

He gets the best out of you and builds it around your life, not the other way round.

Years of back and shoulder problems had pushed training out of my routine; now the shoulder pain's gone and I'm training properly again.

I'm sleeping better, I've got energy right through the day, and I feel better in myself.

The Coach

Alex Fenton - Founder & Lead Coach

Before Balanced., Alex spent a decade as a performance coach in professional rugby, operating at senior and national level. He holds an MSc in Strength & Conditioning and has built performance systems for athletes where the margin between good and exceptional is measured in details most coaches never address.

The philosophy behind Balanced. came from watching capable people perform below their ceiling, not from lack of effort, but from an incomplete system. Physical training alone is never enough. Every programme is built around all four pillars simultaneously, because that is what performance actually requires.
